End User License Agreement

Effective date: March 23, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and MedHue Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the OpenHuman Atlas application, including any desktop, mobile, or web-based versions (the "Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application for personal, educational, or professional purposes in accordance with your subscription plan. This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any of its content to you.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application or any part of it
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
  • Extract, download, or redistribute 3D models, anatomical content, textures, or metadata from the Application
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Application
  • Use the Application to build a competing product or service
  • Share, transfer, or allow others to use your account credentials to access the Application

Intellectual property

The Application, including all 3D anatomical models, software, visual assets, metadata, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of MedHue Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use the Application does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as explicitly stated in this EULA.

Content and 3D model ownership

All 3D anatomical models, structures, rigging data, textures, and related content available through the Application remain the exclusive property of MedHue Labs LLC. You may not extract, reproduce, or use these assets outside of the Application without prior written consent, regardless of your subscription tier.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Certain features of the Application require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You will be charged through your original payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds and cancellation are subject to the policies of the respective store.

Updates and changes

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Application from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application with or without notice.

Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The anatomical content in the Application is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedHue Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices. We may also terminate your license at our discretion for any reason with notice.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Entire agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MedHue Labs LLC regarding the Application. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
