Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OpenHuman Atlas, operated by MedHue Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and billing

OpenHuman Atlas offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) and your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and will not be charged again.
  • Payment is processed through Stripe. Your billing details are handled securely by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service without permission
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the Service or its content
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

Intellectual property

All content, software, 3D models, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to MedHue Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by your subscription plan.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OpenHuman Atlas is designed for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedHue Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
